CHOCOLATE IS KNOWN TO BE A CRAVING THAT FALLS IN THE LAPS OF WOMEN, but it doesn’t exclude anyone. Research believe that if you are suffering from chocolate cravings you are deficient in Magnesium and possible antioxidants, and unfortunately not chocolate. But when you have a craving, who cares why you do… You just want the darn chocolate and be done with it, right?! Crave it, eat it, go about your life, and then REPEAT.

What is EFT - Short Introduction
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is the method I use to help you remove blocks that is hindering you from succeeding. This is a short introduction to how to do it so you can jump right into it when we get started.
Get Ready to Change
In this first EFT session we will deal with the fear of actually letting go of this chocolate craving, so we can open up to the possibilities of actually succeeding.
You are in Charge
Let's figure out why you are having these cravings. What is triggering them and what is behind it all. Download the form or take out a piece of paper and let's start to fill it out!
This EFT session is built for you in a preventive way. We will use the list of triggers from the previous lecture to sculpt the EFT script. Use this EFT session multiple times during a time you are not currently craving the chocolate so you can arm yourself for when those moments usually come. Replace words from the recorded EFT session with words and situations you wrote down on your trigger sheet to make it as specific to you as possible, or add them in little by little as you do this over and over again.
