Introduction
In the first day of the course we cover the topic of “Forgiveness And Letting Go.” We go over why it is important to accept some of life’s situations in order to move on and progress. We learn the health and emotional benefits of forgiveness. Also why it is so important to forgive and let go of things we hold on to. The exercises in this lesson will assist you in enhancing your ability to forgive and accept.
In day two of the course we learn a major step in moving forward. “The Decision,” is a conscience choice we make to further the process of overcoming depression. The exercises cover how exactly we make the decision to become empowered and farewell our depression.
In day three, “Staying Productive,” we learn why it is important to stay productive. We learn the physiological and emotional benefits of staying productive. Also how accomplishing much needed and overdue chores are a great way to relieve stress. We better understand the importance of staying productive, and how exactly to stay productive.
In this lesson, we discover what exactly we want in life. We find out what our true life dreams are, and how to make them a reality. We do exercises to motivate us into working towards our dreams.
In day 5, we take the previous lessons and incorporate them into a routine. We learn how to create a schedule of success. We learn goal execution, and time management. We brainstorm ideas on how to constantly work towards our big and small life goals and dreams.
A very captivating day, we do exercises that help us appreciate our life, opportunities, advantages and the often overlooked values of life. Designed to humble us and give us fresh perspective, today will get you thinking differently and inspire to live more fulfilled and appreciate your life.
In the last day, we discover much about ourselves. We learn why we think and react the way we do to situations based on our childhood. We learn how we can change our negative patterns of thinking, into positive interpretations. We learn about the skill of listening. How to listen for empowering answers, how to listen and not be offended. We learn to listen to better understand people and situations. Most importantly we learn to better understand ourselves.
