Introduction to basic rhythmical structures within music and different ways to show rhythm within your body.
Quilan, Nikki, and Louis show the physical practicalities of a down groove.
Audio lecture with thoughts on how to get passed the mental blockades we put up for ourselves and how to let go to fully express ourselves through movement.
Quilan, Nikki, and Louis are back to showcase the kinesthetic concepts that create an up groove.
Students will gain a better understanding of how to vary the moves that they learned thus far in order to develop their own individual style.
Quilan, Shannon, and Louis showcase different aspects that make up a bounce groove.
Students will learn different social dance moves that primarily are used with the bounce groove.
Bounce Groove Combination! Students will see how they can combine the movements they learned in order to create a structured dance. (Tutorial)

Using the bounce groove, students will gain a better understanding about how to use their weight to vary the moves they've learned thus far.
