This course is mainly focused on the strongest standing position of Thai boxing including the hard attack and the receiving of rivals’ attacking. All level of kick and powerful kick are included to support you and make you feel confident to fight with even the professional boxers. If you keep practicing continually and use some tips of shins’ strengthening from this course that you aren’t taught from any other gyms, you can do it.
