Process Automation in Salesforce
Description about the scenarios to be developed in Workflow & Process Builder in the next two lectures
Following are the scenario's explained in this lecture:
- Create a Workflow on Account object with the following Workflow Actions:
- New Task – Create a new task and assign it to a user with status – ‘In Progress’, priority – ‘High’, subject – ‘New Hot Account Created’, due date – ‘Rule Trigger Date’ + 10 and comment – ‘New Hot Account Created’.
- Create an email template ‘New Hot Account’ with Udemy Letter head and use it in the email.
- Email Alert – Send an email to one of the users.
- Field Update – Update the Field Account Description
- The workflow should be triggered only for those accounts where the Account Rating is ‘Hot’.
- Create an Approval Process on Opportunity object when Stage = ‘Closed – Won’ and amount between 1 million to 10 million.
