ServiceNow Primer- Admin & CIS ITSM Specialist Exam Prep
This test aims at covering the ServiceNow Fundamentals & ServiceNow Implementation Concepts with focus on ITSM modules and gives a transparent view to check your mastery of ServiceNow and essential knowledge necessary to manage the configuration, maintenance and administration of the ServiceNow Platform.
In total you get access to most important and tricky 100 questions which closely represents the difficulty of questions asked in actual test.
The exam is divided into two practice tests . Practice test-1 consists of 60 questions to be completed in a 90-minute time period. The following table shows the knowledge domains measured by Practice test -1 ( which is for Certified System Administrator) and the percentage of questions represented in each domain.

Practice test-2 consist of 40 questions to be completed in 60-minute time period. The following table shows the concepts measured by Practice test-2 ( which is for CIS-ITSM Specialist Exam):

3 . Problem & Knowledge Management: 20%
4 . Request Fulfilment : 25%
5 . Configuration Management Database : 5%
In addition, Practice test-2 also consist of implementation specific questions covering learning domains such as Engagement Methodology and Project Planning, Core System Setup, Security, Tuning and Performance & Configuration as well.

Who should take it?
This test is designed for professionals who have basic knowledge of ServiceNow and have some hands on experience with admin tasks within ServiceNow. Even if you are a newbie, you can still take the test to identify your weak areas and test your concepts that you have learned so far.
What this test doesn’t guarantee?
This test is just an attempt to make you well verse with the ServiceNow system and test your concepts. It is by no means any guarantee that you’ll pass in actual test as its dependent on lot of variables, which no one can predict. However, with our internal experience, any individual who have gone through these questions in past had an really easy time cracking the test.
