This course is fully accredited by a globally recognized CPD body, the Continuing Professional Development Standards Agency.

In this lecture we look at the hormone, oxytocin, aka the love drug! We see examples of when our bodies make the hormone and when it's most present for us.
This lecture is all about how hugging can make you happier! We conducted a free hugging service in London and it went down a storm!

HAPPY POWER the 10 Principles of Happiness
We look at the ten principles of happiness and we've broke it down into an acronym, called: HAPPY POWER
Here, we move on to exploring HAPPY POWER in more detail. This lecture is about "H" and that stands for Helping People.
This lecture explores the "A" standing for Association, and how our relationships can bring us more joy.
This is the first "P" in HAPPY POWER and this stands for Physical. We look at how keeping your physical well being in good repair, looks after our mental well being and increases our happiness levels.
This is the second "P" in HAPPY POWER and this stands for Perception. We look at how we can view things in a more healthy way.
This is the "Y" in HAPPY POWER and this stands for Yearning to learn. We look at how learning new things stimulates us promoting a sense of fulfillment and happiness.
This is the third "P" in HAPPY POWER and this stands for Planning. We look at how making plans and building goals to work towards, helps us keep motivated and giving us something to strive for and look forward to.
This is "O" in HAPPY POWER and this stands for Optimism. We look at how having a bright and optimistic outlook, keeps our positive levels up and impacts on our happiness and how we think and feel about the world and our relationships.
In this lecture we look at the "W" which stands for our Well Being. Looking after ourselves includes being fit and healthy so that we can give ourselves the best chance of feeling happy all over!
In this lecture we look at the "E" of HAPPY POWER. In this instance, it stands for "Embracing Yourself". We look at developing our love for ourselves and how to learn to accept that we all have flaws and that no-one is a perfectionist.
In this lecture we look at the very last principle of HAPPY POWER and that's "R', which stands for Reason.
We look at the benefits of feeling as though our lives have meaning and we have a reason for living that goes beyond the obvious!
