I provide you with longer yoga practices too, so you can choose how much time to spend on your mat–but most of the workouts here with me are a quick and powerful 5-20 minute blend of yoga poses and stretches, and my signature Yoga Shred (Based on H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) moves) to trim and tone you as if you went to the gym and worked out vigorously for 2 hours! 

This is well proven by science. Olympic runners and athletes use it for training all the time. I do these practices every day for an average of 16 minutes, and I am far more strong and sculpted than when I used to overdo it for 1-2 hours a day!
