Mental Rehearsal Exercise
This video is a guided mental rehearsal exercise called 'The Experiment'. For best effect I suggest you close your eyes and listen to it at a time when you can rest all of your attention in the inner world of your imagination.
I have also added the mp3 version of this exercise as a supplement to this lecture, so that you can practice away from the computer.
Please do not play this video, or listen to the mp3, whilst performing any activity that requires your external conscious awareness.
